BMW drivers and enthusiasts agree that there is a lot to love about BMW 1 Series vehicles, including the balance of versatility and power in the 2012 BMW 128i and 135i coupe. But now BMW customers can celebrate a new addition to the 1 Series lineup: the BMW 2013 135is. The new compact 1 Series performance model, which is set to arrive in U.S. dealerships this fall, will be available as a coupe or convertible.

In San Carlos, 1 Series drivers that have a need for speed are going to want to check out the new BMW 135is because it is equipped with a TwinPower Turbo 3.0 liter inline six-cylinder engine that muscles out 320 horsepower and 317 pound-feet of torque. In addition to its powerful engine, the BMW 135is is available with a six-speed manual transmission or seven-speed dual clutch transmission.

What would be your ideal summer day in California? Would you hit the beach? Or spend the morning golfing or playing tennis? If your ideal day includes cruising around with your sunglasses on while rocking out to your favorite song, then the BMW 3 Series convertible might be a great option for you. BMW drivers and enthusiasts recognize that the BMW 3 Series retractable hardtop convertible embodies convenience, style, and power.

As they coast down the road, drivers and passengers will really feel the warm California wind in their hair because the BMW 328i rear-wheel drive convertible is equipped with a 3.0-liter inline six-cylinder engine, which pumps out 230 horsepower and 200 pound-feet of torque. This authoritative six-cylinder engine is complemented with a standard six-speed manual transmission to produce a dynamic driving experience. For drivers that want to increase the power, the 335i convertible is outfitted with a 300-horsepower 3.0-liter inline six-cylinder turbocharged engine.

Although drivers can appreciate the summertime temperatures in the BMW 3 Series convertible, this vehicle is compatible with all seasons. The sleek BMW two-door convertible, which features LED tail lamps and adaptive xenon headlights, is available in three new metallic exterior colors, including Deep Sea Blue, Vermillion Red, and Mineral White.

In addition, the BMW 3 Series convertible’s power retractable hardtop opens in a mere 22 seconds and closes in 23 seconds, which makes it easy to adapt to changing weather conditions while on the road. In San Carlos, 3 series drivers will likely be excited to learn that there is a sun reflective pigment in the interior’s leather trim, which can keep the seats at a cooler temperature when the hardtop is down and the sun is shining.
