2011 5 Series Lineup Continues to Wow BMW Enthusiasts

I love the 5 Series lineup that my San Francisco BMW dealership offers.  So many options to choose from that any driver should find the BMW model that is perfect for their needs.  The 2011 5 series is no different.  Sources are reporting that the 528i, 535i, and 550i manufactured for the 2011 car year are built better and come in at a lower price!  Let’s check out some of the features that these models offer.

One change that this sedan lineup is getting is a bit more room inside.  Compared to other 2010 Mountain View luxury cars with the BMW badge, the 2011 models have more head and shoulder room.  A welcome fact to the BMW lover who is on the taller side.  The 2 inch longer body and 3 inch longer wheelbase equals more trunk space, which is great for transporting all the necessities you need to travel.   Although the space changes aren’t overwhelming, it’s enough to mark an improvement!

Look at the exterior styling of the 2011 5 series and you’ll notice that the design has been updated.  I like what I see, but style is certainly a matter of individual taste.  The horizontal lines give it a longer look and the lighting has been stretched out a bit.  These changes complement the lower height of the vehicles very well.  Overall, the autos in the 5 series line up look great and will turn some heads when they go by you on the roadways!

Price.  Perhaps the number one reason why you decide or decide not to purchase an auto.  The starting price for the 2011 535i  is $1650 less than the 2010 version.  The 2011 550i with a V8 engine has a price tag that’s $900 less than last year’s.  If you opt to purchase a 528i from your San Francisco BMW dealership, the starting price comes in around $45K.  Keep in mind that adding on features and a destination charge can affect the overall purchase price.  But, hearing that the starting prices are less than in 2010 is something to make you happy.

We’ve presented some facts on the 2011 5 series.  Now it’s your turn to head to Peter Pan BMW and take any of these Mountain View luxury cars for a test drive!
