The X3 xDrive28i is powered by the inline six-cylinder engine, which boasts 240 horsepower and 221 pound-feet of torque.
The X3 also includes Brake Energy regeneration, which is a system that was developed so the alternator produces electricity when the driver does not have his or her foot on the accelerator. Then the kinetic energy is transformed into electric energy, which eventually recharges the battery. Brake Energy Regeneration generates electricity without increasing fuel consumption.

For drivers interested in putting the “sports” in sports-utility vehicle, the Sport Activity option is a great choice. This package features aluminum satin roof rails, front fascia insert, sports steering wheel, sport seats, and 18-inch V-Spoke wheels.
